Amazingly Moist Low-Fat Brownies
Serves 8
- 1 cup raw sugar
- 6 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons part skim ricotta cheese
- 6 tablespoons egg whites
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup plus 1 tablespoon oat flour
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- Cooking spray
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350° F
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl
- Pour into a small brownie pan Serves 8
